My idea is to provide a water bore hole to supply free water ( 20.000ltrs a day) to our local allotments (over 200 plots).
This could be rolled out to over 30 allotments in Milton Keynes taking a huge pressure off of the water utility.
The water table in woughton on the green is 30mtrs,
After drilling and lining the hole the water would be pumped into a tank after pre filtering.
The pump would be driven by a solar panel and wind turbine. A network of pipes already exists on the allotments.
