Overview
Some areas in MK are unlit as the cost of installing street lights is high. However in potentially dangerous areas (eg: rougher neighbourhoods), perhaps installing a series of lower cost, motion-activated lights would provide more feeling of safety, and reduce crime. These could be made Carbon neutral AND have a low installed cost by being stand-alone, solar charges units utilising LEDs
