Overview
During peak shopping times in and around the centre:mk there is always cars cruising around to find an available space. This is not only a waste of fuel and a cause for unnecessary congestion, but also affects your mind-set and shopping/leisure experience. Have you ever tried to find a car parking space at Christmas!

A sensor within the parking bay (much like the ones at Sainsbury's underground parking) would alert people looking for a space that its free and direct them to the space.
